    • 4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: The App and all content, including AI-generated content, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • No Warranty for AI-Generated Content: While we strive to ensure that AI-generated content is useful, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapMix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Jurisdictional Variations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

    • 5. Subscription Cancellation Rules

  • Management by Apple: All subscriptions are managed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription via your Apple account settings. After cancellation, your access to the App will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
  • Modifications and Refunds: Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Please refer to Apple’s guidelines for refund and subscription-related queries.
  • Notification of Changes: Any changes to subscription terms, including pricing, will be communicated to you in advance through the App or via email.

    • 6. Intellectual Property

    All content available on the App—including text, graphics, user interfaces, icons, images, audio, video, data, and software—is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by SnapMix or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use of such content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

    7. User Conduct and Content

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the App for any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, defamation, or the distribution of content that violates third-party rights.
  • User-Generated Content: If you upload or share content within the App, you grant SnapMix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws.
  • DMCA and Copyright: If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with a proper DMCA notice. We reserve the right to remove any content that infringes on the rights of others.
